Gus was born in Wichita, Kansas, November 4, 1955. His parents are Carl Raymond and Myrl Kathryn (O'Dell) Blackwell. Married, since May 12, 1990 to his wife, Joanna. Father of three children, Corissa, 13; Carson, 9 & Caleb, 4.
